Boreal Design is a collection of craftsmen and designers committed to the idea that architecture, construction practices, and environmental stewardship are fundamentally connected.

Founder, Andy White, has pursued this idea for over two decades. Since entering the trades as a teenager, he has worked professionally in architecture offices and on construction sites, earned degrees in Architecture (M.Arch) and Environmental Science (B.S.) and has become a certified Passive House Consultant.

Andy drew on this experience and passion to found Boreal Design and Construction in 2017, a full service design-build firm focused on innovative, enduring, ecologically responsible architecture that acknowledges its cultural and physical context.
